Below is a page I made years ago, related to the Century 21 Real Estate Franchise “issue”. In May 2003, about 5 months after CCT had found a computer and created an email for Fontaine, so he could work at the Hyannis Offices, I was asked to deceive a group of real estate franchise owners. Below describes that ordeal.
The Whistle blower Complaint I filed years later resulted in two Dow Jones VP and Auditor secretly (they said) meeting me after work at a Hyannis restaurant, where I explained my problem.
To the left is a Moveon.org Petition I just now found (2017) in a search engine, but clearly had created during News Corp ownership tenure.
I’d ask you to note the a C21 franchise owner made his thoughts on the matter clear.
I’d also note that my witness list included another, eager to tell the court of the actions of CCT in the contract that effected them, as well as the situation CCT had placed me in.
These were, are, respected, established business owners on Cape Cod that had business relationships with me, and with the Cape Cod Times.
I could have brought 100 CC Realtors into court vouching for the truth here.
But CCT stole SJ Ruling in 2012. So I never had the chance.
